My name is David John Wright and I am the founder and former owner of Uni-Pack Incorporated. I was struggling with personal and family issues that seemed to overwhelm me, which later caused the loss of a long time employment. Working with Dr. Rita Esterly, I found myself healing and heading in a positive direction that would forever change my life. I found myself now looking at life as the glass being half full instead of half empty, having positive thoughts, and the desire to work with people again seemed to blossom. I started a new corporation with only nine employees and myself hoping for the best. The best happened. By the end of the second year we were at 150 full time employees and 40 daily temporary employees. My gross sales went from $100,000.00 per year to over $7 million per year. A few years later I was approached by one the largest companies in the world in that field, who expressed a desire to purchase the company. So at the age of 46, I sold the company and retired. The guidance and positive instructions I received from working with Dr. Rita Esterly, definitely changed my life for the best. Today, I have peace, happiness and a love for life once again.

My name is Shelly Lewis and I am a retired Senior Fabrication Technician. Rita Esterly helped me to work through my self-image to find my self-worth. I was happier, my focus was improved, my productivity at work was increased, my relationships were enhanced, I started sticking up for myself, I became more assertive, but most importantly I stopped making harmful decisions and started making decisions with a preferable outcome one of which involved changing jobs and improving my work situation. I finally felt worthy of doing better. My new career involved weekly travel all across the United States to inspect bridges as they were being welded in the shop. I was the first female to ever hold this position anywhere else in the world. Due to working with her, I changed jobs and traveled all across the United States to inspect bridges.
